Availing our Services
We have various services that we offer to our clients and customers. There are standalone services and packages on an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or as one-time or periodical services.
When you avail a service from us, you automatically consent to our terms and conditions. The activities in a service could change or a package itself could be withdrawn or modified depending on how it affects the company. Cleanwise reserves the right to modify or withdraw a service or package as needed.
When a customer avails a one-time service, they automatically consent to our terms and conditions. When a customer avails one or more services from us on a regular or periodical basis, Cleanwise consider them as regular client. A contract draft will be sent to the customer for understanding the terms and conditions. Customer must sign the contract to enable us to plan the work for them. If customer has not received a contract from us before commencing work, they must insist on signing the contract and only then start service.
Services, packages and pricing may vary from city to city, state to state or customer to customer.
When you avail a service and make payment, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you promise that you are entitled to purchase the service using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your account or services. In suspicious circumstances we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms and conditions we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you.
Cleanwise will use the services of quality third party payment service providers to process your payment. Payment options are primarily through credit card. Cleanwise may offer other payment mechanisms from time to time.
The price for the service you are availing from us will be made clear to you either on the shopping cart/checkout page, or, by sending you a quote. If it's a subscription, you agree to pay the charges notified to you at the time you purchase the subscription. Subscriptions are usually charged monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually, depending on the payment frequency you chose. Cleanwise however may choose to offer fixed term or fixed payment frequency offers from time to time. The currency in which your subscription is payable will be specified during the order process, depending on the service and your country of residence. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. We will always tell you in advance of any increase in the price of your subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the new price.
The services you avail fall under the purview of GST as per the Indian taxation policy, Government of India. Taxes are applicable for the services of Cleanwise and customers are liable to pay the tax for the services availed. The prices we display on our website, estimate or other places may not be tax inclusive. At the time of invoicing, tax will be applied over the invoice amount. However, there are certain scenarios where Cleanwise does not apply tax on a customer. Those are part of our sales drives to attract more customers to our services. In such cases Cleanwise will bear the tax for those invoices. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on our website or any other areas are exclusive of Taxes.
If we incorrectly state a price to you whether online or otherwise, we are not obliged to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have mistakenly accepted your offer to buy a subscription at that price, and we reserve the right to subsequently notify you of any pricing error. If we do this, you may cancel the subscription without any obligation to us and we will refund you any money you have paid us in full, or you may pay the correct price. If you refuse to exercise either of these choices then we may cancel your subscription and will refund you any money you have paid us in full. We will always act in good faith in determining whether a genuine pricing error has occurred.
In addition to any service charges you pay, you are responsible for paying any other charges that you may incur by availing our services. For example, if you use any of our mobile services to book and pay for a service, then your network operator may charge you for data or messaging services. Another example is - to do a specific work at your worksite, we need a particular ladder which Cleanwise may not have. In such cases we may have to rent out a ladder for which you will have to make the payment.
Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you avail a package or AMC from Cleanwise and choose your payment frequency, it is considered a subscription and will continue to charge you for the payment frequency until the payment period ends, or, until you cancel the subscription. In which case you will stop paying the subscription charges and we will no longer be providing you the subscribed services. We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of any changes to the price in your subscription that will apply upon next monthly renewal.

Unless you notify us before the end of your chosen subscription period that you no longer wish to receive it, your subscription will renew for another period as applicable. We will charge the subscription using the same card or other payment method that you previously used.
Once you decided to avail any of our one-time services and have made the payment (advance or full payment), and if Cleanwise have completed the service, there is no refund possible. You cancel a one-time service 48 hours before the service date and we will refund the full amount (after deducting bank charges, if any) to the payment method you used to pay the advance for the service. If you cancel a one-time service between 48 - 24 hours before service date, 50% of the amount you paid as advance will be refunded (after deducting bank charges, if any) to the payment method you used to pay the advance for the service. If you cancel a one-time service between 24 - 0 hours before service date, no refund will be made.
Once you decided to avail any of our services as annual maintenance contract (AMC) or as subscription, and have made the payment partial or in full, by placing that order you agree that we may start your subscription immediately or on the date you have specified, upon our acceptance of your order. This means that you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind. Except as set out in the previous section, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your then current subscription period.
Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period, and you will not receive a refund.
How to cancel?
You may notify us of your wish to cancel your AMC or subscription by contacting our Customer Services team at email@example.com. To enable us cancel your subscription please provide us with your complete name (as was in the subscription order form), email address and contact number clearly written out.
Note that cancellation of subscription is at the sole discretion of the company. Customer does not have any say in this.
Cancellation of a subscription by Cleanwise
Cleanwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We may also suspend or terminate your subscription if we are prevented from providing services to you by circumstances beyond our control. If we terminate your subscription for any reason and/or permanently cease to provide subscription services then, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a pro rata refund to your payment method you used at the time of purchase of subscription (after deducting bank charges, if any). This means that we will refund you with any amounts that you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining and unexpired period of your subscription.
Cancellation of your account or registration
If you are a registered user, but not a subscriber, then Cleanwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your registration at any time, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. If you would like to cancel your registration then please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes to this policy
Cleanwise reserves the right to modify or revise this terms and conditions at any time. We will notify of any such modifications by posting the updated version of this Policy on our websites or any other mediums before such modification or revisions become effective.
