Cleanwise is a private limited company head-quartered in Kottayam, Kerala, and having branch office in Kochi.

Our vision is to provide international standards in Facility Management Services to the elite crowd. We specialize in providing housekeeping, security guards, maintenance and catering services for homes, communities, businesses and institutions, especially hospitals.

In 2015 we started our operations as freelancers and the support we got from our customers helped us grow into a Private Limited Company by 2016.

Right from recruiting a candidate we focus on quality. We only recruit those who can deliver minimum expectation.

Cleanwise has in-house trainers who will train newly recruited staffs before they are deployed at a worksite. We train them from grooming to discipline to responsibilities to work execution. On-site training is also provided to all staffs so they are familiar with the worksite and know what to do, when and where.

Our trainers conduct periodical training sessions for all staffs at frequent intervals in all our worksites to ensure they consistently follow our quality standards.

Inspections are conducted at all worksites randomly to observe work carried out at the site. Corrective measures are taken so quality in work is never compromised.

Joseph comes from the software industry with about 20 years of experience. He is an MBA and Certified Design Thinker. Prior to starting Cleanwise he was managing operations of the ODC of a US based software company in India.

Shama has more than 12 years of work experience as an HR, which is a must have for this industry. She is mastered in Political Science and has also supported Sales for a company in Bangalore.
