Carpets and rugs as they are installed on the floor accumulate lot of dust, dirt, spillages and stains from time to time. They lose their freshness and newness if not professionally cleaned and can even get damaged soon.
Hence it is recommended to do Once a Month carpet vacuuming service and Once a Year carpet cleaning service.

We recommended doing Once a Month carpet vacuuming service and Once in 3 Months carpet shampooing service for the following reasons.
- Periodical cleaning prolongs its life. Our extraction method significantly increases the life of material.
- It contributes to better indoor air quality. Some materials attract more air borne pollutants. These pollutants must be removed to protect it and maintain indoor air quality.
- Periodical cleaning of the item makes it easier for maintenance. Most soiling is made up of dry soils. When the item is frequently and thoroughly cleaned, most of the soils can be removed with regular vacuuming.
- Professional cleaning helps remove spots and stains. Removing them promptly protects the item from damage.
- It prevents buildup of allergens and bacteria. Moist soiling can result in build up of several unhealthy contaminants.
- Cleaning the item enhances the appearance of any room.
- We usually test the item before shampooing to ensure there is no discoloration or color fading. Even though we continue the work only after ensuring this, still there are little changes of color fading for bright colored items. Customer must not hold Cleanwise responsible for such scenarios.
- Some of the items due to it's age or presence of dust and moist on it may tare or peel off some of its parts. This is not becuase of any wrong methods which we have followed. It is due to various conditions of the carpet such incidents happen. Customer must not hold Cleanwise responsible for such scenarios.
- Even though we do our work with utmost care, however, there are changes of any unforeseen breakages or damages happening. In such incidents, we will discuss the matter with you and do what best is possible and mutually agreable.
- Most of such cleaning works we do it at Client Site. However, there are certain times which we may have to spend some extra time to get the desired result. In such cases we pickup the item from client site (if it's possible), complete the cleaning at our office and return the item within one week. Or else we schedule another time to come and do the balance service at client site.
It will be a team of 1-3 staffs along with a Supervisor who would be working at your place.
Supervisor will give you a walk-through of the work once the service is complete.
We execute the work by taking COVID safety protocols. Strict measures are taken within our team to ensure maximum safety.
Customers can mention their preferred date of service while booking the service. Once you confirm the service by making the payment, we will check our calendar and our agent will call you to confirm the date. Upon your approval, we will block the date for you.
We would require a site visit before confirming the service date. So even if you book a service by making the payment, our agent will call you and book a site visit. Once the site visit is done, we will immediate confirm the service date or give you available dates.
For certain services we do not require a site visit, or we may not be able to make a visit due to COVID restrictions to select places. In such situations, you can send us pictures through WhatsApp (+91 9188061000) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for us to understand the work effort.

Reschedule a Service:
If there is any inconvenience for the customer to be available on the service date, it must be informed to Cleanwise atleast 48 hours before the service date. Only then we will get time to give your slot to another customer and reschedule your work. We request your co-operation here.
Failing to do so, we will be charging you 50% of the estimated amount, if its between 48-24 hours to service date and full amount if its within 24 hours to service date. If there is no intimation of reschedule at all or a no show by the customer on the service date, full amount will be charged.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customer can cancel a paid service 48 hours before the service date. Full amount (deducting bank charges if any) will be refunded. It helps us get time to give your slot to another customer and cancel your work.
If cancellation is done between 48-24 hours to service date, 50% of the estimated amount (deducting bank charges if any) will be refunded.
If cancellation is done within 24 hours to service date, no amount will be refunded. Same is the case if it's a no show or no cancellation at all.
Refunds will take 7-14 business days.

To do the service at your place we have travel expenses. It is charged on to the invoice.
During checkout you are required to select the approx. distance to your house from Ettumanoor town.
You may select the correct option so there are no confusions or changes in the invoice amount.
If customer chooses a distaince that is lesser, we will inform you and revise the invoice amount. If customer chooses a disinace that is more, we will inform you and revise the invoice amount and refund the excess amount to the customer.
