Cleanwise does Hospital Grade COVID Disinfection Service because we provide housekeeping services for NABH accredited hospitals and are experienced in providing such services. We have two types of services as part of COVID Disinfection Service 1. Disinfection 2. Sanitizing Choose "Disinfection" if; (a) Anyone in your house or office is COVID Positive. (b) Anyone in your house or office had contact with a COVID Positive person. (c) Anyone in your house or office travelled in flight or train from abroad or other states to return home. Choose "Sanitizing" if; (a) There is no COVID Positive people in your house or office and you want to prevent your members from this pandemic. (b) You want to maintain hygiene in your house or office and control the spread of bacteria. FEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. When is the right time to do the disinfection? A. Disinfection must be done after 3 days the patient turns COVID Negative. 2. Should we do Sanitize or Disinfect? A. Regular sanitizing controls the spread of bacteria whereas disinfection kills the bacteria present at that time. In a COVID affected place what you need to do is disinfection. And for prevention, sanitize at frequent intervals. 3. Can a house be disinfected while family members are there? A. Cleanwise always plan a work understanding the scenario of the house. You can be at home while we do the service. We collect information from you and guide you through. Children must be kept away during disinfection. HOW TO PROCEED? Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
1. To cancel a Site Inspection, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the booked date/time. It will help us to reschedule the site inspection for you. 2. If you cancel a Service Booking before 48 hours to Service Date/Time, full amount paid as advance (after deducting any expenses incurred and bank charges, if any) will be refunded to you. 3. If you cancel a Service Booking between 48 - 24 hours to Service Date/Time, 50% of the amount paid as advance (after deducting any expenses incurred and bank charges, if any) will be refunded to you. 4. If you cancel a Service Booking between 24 - 0 hours to Service Date/Time, no amount will be refunded. 5. If company has incurred any expenses which is over the advance amount paid, you are liable to clear those outstanding payments within 7 days from date of cancellation of service.
